Trakti is a multiprofile platform. This means that you can manage multiple Business Profiles with a unique User Account. Therefore, if you are affiliated to several companies (e.g. you are a freelancer, or you own several business entities) Trakti lets you manage multiple Business Profiles with a single login.
As soon as you register for the first time, if required, a free Business Profile will be created. After setting up your Business Profile, you can add others either by:
- creating a new Profile from your account;
- by joining a Business Profile created by someone else;
Following, we describe the procedure to create a new Business Profile from your Account.
To create a new Profile, after login, you need to access the menu.
Click on the two arrows pointing downwards on the right side of the user's name.
Now click Add new profile from the dropdown menu.
The settings page regarding a new subscription will open.
You see that more than one plan is available for you from which to choose among.
The Free Business plan is the basic one given for free by us when you register, you only have one free profile per account and it is quite limited in terms of functionalities.
If you need, more users and want to unlock more features and possibilities, you can subscribe to one of the paid plans: Essential, Pro, Advanced, and Corporate.
The main characteristics of the plans are available on the left side of the page (and can be found on our Pricing page). But we can summarise their characteristics in the following way:
Essential: Good for small teams that need to manage a few deals and contracts but are requiring a flexible solution supporting authorizations and reviews natively. This profile is offered with 3 users.
Pro: The choice for teams that need to coordinate contracts and teams for different functions and needs more users and a company presence (Branded Company subdomain). This profile is offered with 5 users.
Advanced: The advanced profile has been designed for larger teams looking for compliance support and automatic checks and data integration. The platform offers KYC and AML checks by integrating with W2 Global data.
Corporate: The corporate plan is a custom plan available to companies that require a customised offer, more users, and are interested in our advanced Smart Contract and Blockchain infrastructure to automate Contract Management.

Selecting your preferred plan tab you will be required to fill in the billing data and you will have to insert the credit card data required by Stripe, our payment service provider. You can select monthly or yearly payments.
By selecting the yearly payment interval, you will get a discount on the monthly plan.
The pricing you will find in the billing period field is the calculation coming from the number of users offered by the plan multiplied by the cost of the seat offered for monthly or annual subscriptions.
All payments with credit cards will be processed directly by Stripe a PCI-DSS compliant operator, therefore all personal and card data will be processed and stored on their servers. We will never store any information about your credit cards on our platform and on our servers. Please check Stripe's Privacy page for further details.
As soon as you fill in all the required fields, then simply click on Create, and you're done.
You now have a brand new profile on your Account!
Once completed, you can check the change by opening the settings menu, and you'll see that now the account has – at least – two profiles: the original one at creation and the new additional one.
You can activate autonomously the Essential, the Pro or the Advanced plan.
For the Corporate plan, since it is a custom plan, you have to contact us.
