Editing the settings of a team member is straightforward.
However, only company profile administrators can edit the members associated with that profile.


This is because Trakti’s profiling component is designed to support the complexity of organisational hierarchies, enabling a high level of role flexibility and scalability. The system is based on access permissions, visibility rules, and the ability to enable or restrict specific modules and platform features.

To edit and manage your team:
1. Go to Profile Settings.

2. Select the Team tab.
Within the list, next to each member, you will find the edit button on the right-hand side. Click it to access the settings.
The settings window will open, where you can edit all member information except for the email address.
In detail, you can edit:
  • Profile details
    Maximum number of deals, profile expiry date, any delegations, signing permissions, supervisor configuration, and profile status.
  • Access
    The member’s role and access to specific groups and features.
  • Advanced
    Exceptions to the base role configuration, useful for further customising visibility and access to data and features for the selected team member.

    Once all required changes have been made, click Update to save the settings.
