Should counterparts be registered in the platform to participate?

Yes, Counterparts or Participants can see the landing page of the deal but they need to register and then they can join your deal.

Inviting participants is simple, you can invite anyone by just typing their emails in the participants tab during set-up or after the deal has been published, and then we will send an invitation to all of them with instructions on how to join your deal in the platform.
