Here you can view, edit and update your data.
To use a taxonomy within one of your templates, you first need to ensure that your taxonomy is active. If you want to create one, you can follow this guide.
If instead you want to have the DORA taxonomy already active in your account, read this dedicated guide.
Starting from a standard draft of your contract template, you can easily insert the variables from your taxonomy.
By clicking the Trakti icon in the editor and selecting the “Predefined Variables” option, the list of your variables will appear on the right, along with the possibility to insert them directly into your document using the arrow.

Once the variable has been inserted, it can be edited or deleted using the standard options, in the right sidebar.
When the contract is active, you can view the data associated with your taxonomy by accessing the “Manage Contract Data” section, available through the “Actions” button on every contract page

Here you can view, edit and update your data.

If necessary, you can also request any missing data from the counterparty through a questionnaire.
