How to add an external team member during the negotiation phase

You can also invite an external user as a collaborator.

Step to follow to add an external user as collaborator:

1. Click on “Manage Team” item in the "Actions" menu.

2. Select "Invite external member" from the dropdown menu (last item in the dropdown menu).

3. Enter collaborator email address.

4. Fill the "Title", "first name" and "last name" field.

5. Select any intended Permission ("Manager"/ "Commentor" /"Editor"/"Viewer").

6. Click "Save".
