Creating an asset

ASSETS ARE A FUNCTION ONLY AVAILABLE TO CORPORATE PROFILES.

Trakti offers the possibility to memorize on the platform your assets so you can recall them directly from the contract without having to specify each time all the asset's details.

To create an asset open Assets on the left-hand side column.

Then click on the Actions button in the top right corner and click on Add Asset.

At this point, you can give your asset a name, a description, a serial number, etc.

The status of the asset is just for your personal reference, it does not influence the asset or its use in Trakti in any way.

If you enter the asset's GPS coordinates, these will result in a map showing the position just like in Google Maps.

The categories are created by you. This way you can classify the assets in any way, making them easier to find during a search.

You can also connect the asset to a sub-asset that you have already created in Trakti (as for a wheel of a car for example) and create custom fields for any specification you want to add.

Then click on Create.

Congratulations, you have created your first asset!

Now you can see an overview of your asset. And in case you need it, you can delete it from the actions button in the top right corner of the page.
