How to use the data analysis and visualisation function

Trakti now enables you to view your contract data within an analytical dashboard, using tables and charts to support your analysis.

All Corporate users can access this functionality through the dedicated section in the menu.

Within this section, you can view data across several dashboards: the one dedicated to contracts, the one for Traks, or the one for Assets (and, if the taxonomy has been activated, the DORA tab as well).

Each dashboard contains two tabs: “Overview” and “Reports”.

Let’s take a closer look at the dashboard dedicated to contracts.

The first tab, Overview, allows you to explore different types of correlations within your contract data through tables and charts, such as:
  • How many contracts have been executed using the same process model
  • Your most frequently used contract templates
  • The status of your negotiations
and much more.

🔶 Interactive charts
To optimise the visualisation of the data you can use the cross filtering function, as the charts are interactive, this allow you to modify the visualisation with a simple click on a specific variable within one of the representations.

This selection will be applied across the entire tab, updating the data visualisation in all the widgets to show only the selected variable.

The second tabs, "Reports" instead includes contractual data represented in tabular form.

Within both tabs you can also filter the charts or tables by using the filter function, simply open the side bar on the left-hand side of the tab and select the range.
